Now we are moving out and would like someone to put it back up again for us! Quite a small job, but one we cannot do ourselves! (picture is of another light fixture of the same style in another room). Thanks for your help.

We want to upgrade a couple of rental flats and need to install some extractor fans Some 120mm dia into x2 bathrooms with an airflow of at least 25 litres per second and 150mm fans to the x2 kitchens with an airflow of at least 25 litres per second. These need to vent outside with a hooded vent . We also need to install fixed wall heaters into the lounges. We need to do a calculation on the requirements . But I am guessing that standard heater will be O.K as the lounges are small....

Need a new power socket installed in bathroom

Posted 3 weeks ago

We have a bathroom in an apartment that doesn't have any power sockets in it. It shares a wall with the kitchen which has several powerpoints in it so this should be pretty straightforward and quick. We'll provide the socket itself. Just need a sparky with tools to cut the hole in the wall and splice off the kitchen powerpoints and install the new socket. Am interested to get an idea on the cost for this. Cheers!

Lower Location of Mains Cable Connection

Posted 4 weeks ago

Our house currently has mains connection to house mounted on barge board (see pictures 1 and 2) however this means our current spouting is mounted very high, causing issues of overflow into soffit in one problem area. We want to get new spouting around entire house and would need to have cable lowered just enough to allow spouting. My parents older house has brackets that attach it to soffit (see pics 3,4) so looking for a similar interim solution - I believe soffit is probably an asbestos c...
