Hi - first issue is an under the sink double plug that drives the dishwasher and waste disposal. This stopped working (I’m sure it’s the plug not the appliances). There are also a range of non-working outlets in the house, and redundant boxes/connections for old security systems. Broken lamp switch

I have a floor lamp that isn't fully turning on anymore due to the switch not staying in the on position, I think it may need replacing. The wiring I think is ok when I give the cord a bit of a shake and it eventually works, I just would ideally like a new switch for the cord please, and avoid replacing the lamp altogether.
