replace freestanding oven and install rangehood

we would like to remove our old hardwired freestanding oven and replace it with new haier freestanding oven ( --- ), and install an extractor fan / rangehood (model TBC). we would also like to move the power switch from its current location above the stove so that we can put up a glass splashback, and the new switch will need a switch for the over and for the rangehood.
