Add new power socket in closet

I would like a power socket placed inside my closet that contains the hot water cylinder. There is a power connection for cylinder in there and also a power socket on the outside of the closet. Prefer the cabling to be hidden in the wall if possible. Must be complaint for insurance. Photo attached shows existing power socket and location of new socket (left)
