Light fixture installation (x5) in Central Wellington

We are located at an apartment in central Wellington (please note that this is inner-city, and we will pay for the parking that is available immediately next door). It is 5 spots through out the apartment where we are looking to get new light fixtures installed... hopefully as soon as possible… i.e. last month. 😊 We are looking for an experienced electrician to do this job in 2 different rooms (please see attached photos): * Room #1 is a bedroom – 3 light fixtures (single bulb) to be installed. * Room #2 is the kitchen – 2 light fixtures (three spot-lights) to be installed. This may require being up a ladder, which we have onsite.
