Install power sockets and conduit for wall hung TV

We need to wall hang a 75 inch TV, there is currently a light behind our existing TV and a switch that is on the way. I would like the switch and the light to be removed and a wall socket to be installed behind the TV. I would also like a conduit so there can be sockets for TV inputs from below, so we don't see any cable between the TV and the entertainment cabinet. I also have a broken light fitting in the garage that I would like to be repaired.
