Install oven, check kithcen plug

We have a rental property and a couple of things need doing. The plug inside the cupboard, used to plug the the dishwasher in, has stopped working. We would also like an wall oven installed (we have purchased a second hand one). We'd like an electrician to come out and take a look at the plug and install the oven for us. As soon as possible would be great - Thank you!
