We have a 1930's bungalow and require 2 bathroom extractor fans to be installed. One will be ceiling mounted and one will be wall mounted. We have a weatherboard exterior and good roof space access. We also have a heated towel rail to be put up in the bathroom which will need a new electrical outlet.
