Electrical odd jobs

I have some odd jobs that require an electrician: A light is not working. The fuse board is fine and changing the light bulb doesn't work. The lights in my stove extractor system dont work and changing the bulb doesn't work there either. The light in my oven is not worrying and I have no idea how to change it. Ideally you can be available early this Saturday morning or later that afternoon.
