Help please - sensor lights cooked.

Help please. We have moved to a new house and the sensor lights outside have filled with water and looks like its cook the unit. Problem is the lights are still on and i dont know where the switch is. Looks like i need the whole unit replaced. Today would be a preference as its hot and I am worried about it catching fire.
