Install new lights and make tv cords disapear!

I want to replace the light over our dining table with a new one. Both the old light and the new one are a single rose with multiple lights. We'd also like to figure out hiding the cords from our TV and speaker, so it might be just a look to suss out how to do it or do the work as well if that is possible. Will try and post photos later today. Thanks.
