Wiring Upgrade

I have a 1925 house. It has a mixture of older wiring and modern TPS wiring. The insurance company wants a certificate of compliance before they will fully insure the house (including against electrically induced fires). I need someone to make upgrades as appropriate and then issue a certificate of compliance so that I can go back to my insurance company.
