Fix bathroom extractor fan

The fan in the air vent in my apartment bathroom stopped working. It does not make any noise or movement when I turn it on now. I suspect this may have something to do with me trying to clean inside it as it was filled with a lot of dust and gunk. It stopped working about two weeks after I had cleaned it. I took off the top grill to try and see what is wrong but couldn't figure it out.
