Manrose Extractor fan replacement (Bathroom)

I have a Manrose extractor fan installed in my bathroom which has stopped working. It is the type that has a gravity shutter, and a time delay. As the existing unit is approx 12 years old, I am keen to have a like-for-like replacement installed (or close enough to a like-for-like). The existing unit is installed at a height of approx 3m from the floor, so would need a platform or decent ladder to get to access it.
