I own an old house in Newtown that i rent out. The house has one room approximately 30sqm. I want to split it into two room of 15sqm. I need an electrician to install light fittings, power points and light switches in the new room. The job will need to be done in January/February next year when tenants move out and it will need to be done fast so i can get new tenants in.
