Graeme was responsive, flexible, and kept up excellent communication throughout the project. I was never in any doubt as to his plans and when he would be here. The job ended up much bigger than originally thought (due to previous owners mislabelling the switchboard and a circuit we thought was available was entirely missing so we needed to install a new wire) but we collectively took the time to fully think through, formulate, and agree on a new plan, which Graeme then completed the very next day. He was very mindful about electrical safety, and ensured our earth was brought up to snuff too.
