Move switch(es) for loft 2 way lighting & stairway to more convenient position. Older Mt.Victoria house - rewired early 1980s. Internal walls may be hard to run new wires thru',& to avoid redecoration slim conduit may be needed for neatness. Easy access & great "at the door" street parking. House is tenanted but loft room is empty at present, so makes for convenience. Owner will attend - maybe Friday 17th or week of Mon 20th Oct.- Could be other electrical work ahead too - replacing all house light switches & outlets for modern type especially.

Dean did a great job - on time & on cost- & kept us well informed of his schedule. His skills re-routing wires through the Victorian walls and framing were amazing! We were quoted cheaper by others, but are glad we used him, as the end job was super neat and no redecoration was needed.
