Change Service Drop connection

The electrical connection to our property has been raised due to a bank being close to the house. This bank has since been removed so the main wires are now well out of reach. Additionally the mast used to elevate the wires is rotten. Ideally we would now like to remove the mast and have the wires attached directly to the house (or possibly bury the wires). What we require is someone to advise us on the best approach and to do the electrical work. We are also considering replacing our meter board.
