Fix and install Lounge Room Light Fitting

Main lounge room light fitting started flickering and now does not turn on. Need that looked at and fixed, but also at the same time install a new replacement light fitting which we purchased. So 1 . Fix light, 2. Install the Black light fitting in pic 2
