The power company has installed new smart meters, tenants have been getting a invoice for $2.5k over 3 months. Are adamant it is not heating. Only change is the install of new oven and hob. Possibly a hot water cylinder issue. Needs testing asap as well as look at meter (which has now been replaced with smart meter).
