We had a number of electricians to provide a quote to do a full rewire of our property, all were professional and quoted quickly. We chose to work with Graeme as we found his approach both straight up and thorough. Re-wiring a house is a complex job, and often a lot of the issues are hidden until you get into it. Throughout the work, we were kept informed of any limitations and potential issues as these were uncovered. In each instance, we were offered multiple solutions to progress the job. We also found Graeme flexible and proactive, adding additional power points within the original quote, proactively sourcing LED down light options from a wholesaler, cleanly cutting holes in the ceiling to fit the new down lights, and obtaining a matching switchboard surround to improve the installation appearance. It is this level of care combined with technical skill (both in the hands-on work and navigating compliance requirements) which made this job a success. For instance, Graeme was the only electrician who offered to replace the entire switchboard to a new low profile one when 3 other electricians said it “couldn’t be done”. We would recommend the Electric Spider to anyone that requires a skilled electrician who is interested in getting the job done right for his client and one who will work with you to ensure that.
