Fix heater in positive air system

The heater portion of the positive air system no longer works. We have only used the heater a couple of times. The fan works fine on both high and low. The unit was installed by a registered electrician around 2005 the name of the system was quality air with a 2kw(?) heater

Dong was available almost immediately. After initial investigation, he told me what the problem was gave me options for fixing it. He provided a solution for making it work now in which to try before investing in a full fix as it may be costly. Great service - Thanks
