Fridge not working

We have a Bosch fridge and the the model number is Intelligent Frostfree 44 is not working properly. The freezer often freezes up and the fridge section is not cold at all. we have tried to defrost it and it worked for a couple of weeks and then went back to what it was. Can anyone fix this and if so how much are we looking at?
