Lighting installation and wiring check

Hi, I need four light fixtures installed, two pendent and two batten fixtures. They are existing replacing light fixtures with wiring already in place. I'd also like a safety check of the wiring in my flat, as it's quite old, and a quote for installing a couple of new plug sockets while you're here.
