A few electrical jobs...

I have a television and the hanging kit that goes with it. I need it hung and wired into the wall. (Ideally I'd like the aerial done for it and another tv in the house, so if you can do that, please give me a separate price). I have 4 downlights not working, one is in a stairwell and needs a high ladder. They probably need their transformers replaced. I need one new power point installed in a place very near the switchboard. Only registered electricians please.
