Bathroom extractor fan

Hi, I'm looking for quotes to fit an extractor fan in our bathroom. Room is approx 3 x 2.5m with a 3.3m stud and we're looking for a through wall fan to be mounted high up to the left of the window in the photo. We want the fan to have automatic shutters and to be operated by a switch to be mounted between the door and shower in the photo. Also keen to know whether a ducted solution extracting through the ceiling and out via the soffit would be possible as I think we would prefer that than having a big white box on the wall! Ideally want the job completed by early March. Thanks
