Wire Stove to switchboard

Hi We need to get a stove wired up to our main switch board. The stove is on the ground floor, the switchboard is on the first. The stove has a dual phase plug so we also need a dual phase socket installed. The wire will need to travel roughly 8-9 metres. Thanks for looking at this job. Regards, Gareth
