Home Theatre Wiring

I'm moving into a ten year old house that has not had home theatre or ethernet. I'm wanting to run speaker wiring for rear and side speakers, power and HDMI for a projector and, if possible, ethernet cabling from one part of the house to another. It's a modern house with no ceiling space and I'm expecting wiring will have to go under carpet (I have flat wire if required) and/or through walls. The photos show the room I'm wanting to have upgraded. I'm expecting to have to get plastering/painting done separately at the end of the process. At this stage, I'm looking for a couple of quotes ideally in the week of 6 January (I take possession of the house on 3 January) from contractors with experience in this home theatre rewiring area.
