I would like to replace our outside gas fired, leaky waterheater/tank from the early 90's with a modern continuous water heater. I want it in the same place, so gas and water are already in the general area and power is in the same wall, so "just" need a few new connections and bending a few pipes... :-) We have two bathrooms, kitchen and laundry and have been thinking about a 27 litre/minute system.
