I have a 30A timer that needs to be installed to control the hot water on/off times to take advantage of night rate power. I don't have the HW on the Night circuit as I want to manually boost the hot water sometimes, and only have a single element. Also need to have an extractor fan replaced, wiring only. Same location as existing fan, so wiring is all present. Just upgrading the fan and I'll be doing the ducting.
