We are looking to split an existing room into two. (see attached picture for details). Am happy to hear alternative suggestions if you think there is a better way to do it. This job will involve; Removal of an existing door and surrounding wall, Removal of a wall that contains electric and wetback pipes, Removal (or capping) of laundry plumbing - taps/drainage, Construction of 2 walls (adjoining) including stopping, Installation of 2 doors, Installation of laundry plumbing, Improving the current HW enclosure, Installation of a hallway cupboard and door (void exists), Rejigging of lightswitches, Possible installtion of powerpoints. Our preference is for one contractor (with reliable subbies) to manage to whole job however we will consider quotes for individual parts of the job. Cheers
