Install a bathroom light

I want to replace an older light fitting above the mirror in our bathroom with a new fitting. The old fitting has earth, active and neutral that need to be removed from the old fitting and connected to the same three on the new fitting, and the fitting fixed to the wall. Because I'm paranoid about our insurance I want a certified electrician to do the work.
