Fitting new power points

This is an easy electrical job, all easily accessed and wire runs exposed. I am changing kitchens and want two or three power points above benches. I can run the wires or at the least prepare for. You tell me the rules, Ideally I run it, you hook it up. I guess it will need new fuse at board
