installing two light fittings

I just bought two light fittings online --- - --- .html along with some lighting cable --- - --- .html to replace two lights in my living room. i'm looking for an electrician to fit these. attached is a photo of the existing light fittings, to give you a sense of what you'd be working with. no particular hurry as the lights have only just been ordered, but ideally would be able to be fitted sometime in the next month.
