Installation of approx. 15 recessed spot lights and removal of existing lights in open plan lounge/dining and kitchen. Installation of external power point for spa pool. installation of sensor lights at front and back door. The spotlights need to be done on Weds 26 June, which is after the painter has scraped the stipple from the ceilings. You will be leaving the new lights hanging down and the painter will click them up when he has finished . I would like a quote please. It is in a house I am buying and no physical inspection is possible at this stage.
