"Replacement of kitchen lighting (having an extractor fan installed which will prevent the moisture corrosion of the lights which is what has occured with the lights we put up previously). Three pendant lights and two ceiling lights (replacement). Replacement of shaver powerpoint unit in bathroom. I also need a new power plug added in instead of hardwiring an extractor fan. "
