altering and relacing light fittings

ALL OUTDOOR LIGHTING, ALL NEW FITTINGS SUPPLIED BY OWNER security spotlight needs fixing two new ceiling flushmounts to be fitted two new outdoor wall sconces to be fitted two pillar top lights to be altered and fitted. Pillar top lights are same model as wall lanterns/sconces, and we need a clever electrician to cut the wall-arms etc off these lanterns so they can be used for pillar top application. see image.
