Install a hot water booster pump & electrical supply

Job description

General Electrical
Wellington

Published: 3 April 2013

I am looking for a plumber with experience with installing hot water booster pumps to give me a qquote or estimate to install one in a rental property. Access can be arranged with the tenants who are keen to get this job done as the shower pressure is currently inadequate! I have not yet purchased a pump and would be happy to recieve a quote including or excluding supply of the pump itself. If the price excludes supply of a pump I would need to be advised on what to purchase (eg pipe sizes, motor capacity). I understand that an electrical supply will also need to be installed. I would like this included in the price. The property has a low pressure cylinder, with a header cylinder. As I understand it the pump would be installed at the outlet of the system. Access to the cylinder is good. Pump will need to be piped up, and mounted to reduce any possible noise and vibration. Any advice on potential pitfalls would be appreciated.
