Fix spa pool tripping fuse

We need a fix for our fuse tripping whenever we turn on our outdoor spa pool. We used the spa for a while. The fuse ended up tripping regularly so we got somebody to fix it. They put in a new fuse with the spa and bedrooms on it. I'm not sure if we used the spa since, but now if we turn on the spa, even with nothing turned on in any of the bedrooms, the fuse trips immediately. Ideally we'd like the spa on it's own fuse so it works and we don't have too much limitation on what the bedrooms can have turned on. Spa details from manual: 12 V, 1 A Heater: 230 V, 50 Hz, 2 kW max Blower: 230 V, 50 Hz, 1000W max Pump: 230 V, 50 Hz, 4BHP Spa, outdoor plug and current fuse pictured.
