Bathroom reno/makeover

Need someone to complete the following tasks or/and project manage the job (i.e. co-ordinate with the various trades persons required): - Install bathroom ventilation fan - Replace toilet cistern - Replace vanity unit and taps - Replace shower knob from a turn knob to a lever mixer - Surface prep the bathroom ceiling for painting (slightly mouldy and paint peeling over the shower) - Paint bathroom ceiling - Replace linoleum on bathroom floor - And also install stove rangehood in Kitchen (new ranghood and ducting unit is available waiting install) Other notes: I have not bought the required parts for the bathroom, but am quite happy to do that or approve the parts you source. The bathroom is a combined bathroom/toilet, with shower over bath. Relatively small room (estimate 5-6m square) in a modest 2 bedroom house. It is a tenanted property, so I would like the project manager to organise the trades person to start and finish the job promptly with minimal disruption to our tenant. Flexible on start date - just hoping to get the job done before end of March. Preferance for a ballpark quote and then viewing the property/job for a fix quote.
