Relocate mains cable to side of property

Relocate where the mains cable attaches to the house. The cable is currently attached to the rear of the property but would like this moved a short distance to the side of the house. The wiring from the mains cable to the fuse board is run externally. New location is closer to the fuse board so cable length shouldn't be a problem. Reason for relocation: Renovations on house and want it moved for aesthetic reasons. Arrow on photo shows approx. new location.
