Electrical fixes

I have a few items of electrical work that need attention: 1. I have 2 new LED light fittings to be installed 2. My outdoor sensor light has stopped working 3. The fan bake function on my F&P 'thyme' oven is not working. The fan goes but the oven doesn't heat. However, the normal bake function is working OK. 4.My tenants in the adjoining property have reported that the timer dial on their dishwasher is faulty. The dishwasher works, but basically doesn't go through the cycles because the timer knob has become faulty. 5. One of the plates on their stovetop is also not working properly.
