Ceiling fan assembly and install

We need an electrician to assemble and install a ceiling fan with lights.we bought it from placemakers.there's existing wiring from a previous lamp.the ceiling is around 3.5 to 4 meters high,and although i got some ladders,they might not be high enough.have added pictures of the installation instructions,wiring and the room itself to get a better idea of ceiling height.
