Need to remove a wall that separates kitchen from dining and put a support beam to replace the wall. New cupboards required as well as a big pantry new sink, in sinkerator, new oven and a breakfast bar where the wall is now. Also need to pull up the old vinyl and polish the wooden floors. Will also try to make room for a double fridge
