Need a "3 in1 Ceiling Bathroom Exhaust Fan/Heating" unit replaced in a bathroom. Current unit is broken. Is rectangular. Need a quote for the purchase & installation of a new unit in a house with a 5m ceiling (if that matters). Power to the old unit still works, so the 'light' & fan work - just the heating lights don't.
