Exhaust fan/Humidity sensor

I have a rental (in Kilbirnie, Wellington) with a small sunroom with a glass ceiling - it has serious condensation problems. I figure that an exhaust fan on a window coupled with a humidity sensor would improve the situation. Do you think you could offer a solution (sourcing a humidity sensor and installing it with an appropriate exhaust fan)? (Or do you have a better idea?)
