Replace light bulbs, fuses, new switch

Hi - I'm after a ballpark estimate to do the following in Mornington, Wellington for our rental - and your availability. I'm overseas so can't give you exact details. * Replace about half a dozen blown halogen bulbs for outdoor stairway lighting. * Replace about 12 interior halogen downlights (some bulbs, some might be fuses as well). Some need a ladder to reach. * Install a new light switch in one of the bedrooms. If you need to view the property to quote let me know. Thanks Zef
