Oven repair and replace downlights and spot lights

Oven repair and replace downlights with LEDs. Need to fix our oven, the thermostat has some issue which an electrician came out and diagnosed the issue but has since become too busy to come back to fix. At the same time, I would like to replace our 3 x downlights with LEDs so we can put new insulation over them in the ceiling. Plus I need to put 3 x new ones in a bedroom. I also need to remove three spot lights that are in the wall (apparently a fire hazard).
