Replace 10 downlights with LED

Replace some power hungry downlights with LED downlights, same brand as the ones already installed in neighboring kitchen (our old electrician put in for us but he's recently changed careers) (same hardware as per pic) 5 dimmable in our TV lounge and 5 normal in the main bathroom. We are in Tawa. Easy access to ceiling as stud not high.
