New Switchboard

Our current switchboard is old and we'd like to bring it up to the current standard and install a new earth (which I've been advised will be required). We've been advised that there may be a single wire joining two components on the switchboard which is "original" even though the rest of the house has been rewired. I'd like that replaced if the upgrade wouldn't otherwise cover that. I'd like a quote to replace the switchboard. I'd also like a new powerpoint installed (on the wall behind an existing one).
