Job description

General Electrical
Wellington

Published: 8 March 2018

We require a licensed electrician to replace existing bayonet light fittings in our ceiling. Depending on cost we need one replaced, but will look at replacing all 12 if not too costly (please estimate for both options). In addition we need a wall outlet fixed or replaced for our dishwasher. Not sure what the problem is, but surrounding outlets are still working, so is likely an issue with the outlet rather than a fuse. In the pic you can see the outlet is slightly behind the waste pipe for the sink, but this can be easily swivelled out of the way or disconnected while the outlet is fixed. We would also like to consider replacing our 3 bar towel rail with an 9/10/11 rail towel rail and eco-timer, and/or replace old shaver outlet with a new single RCD outlet in the bathroom. Please provide separate estimates for these including supply of fittings (please provide options for different size towel rails. our preference is for 1200(H)x800(W) but we only want to spend up to $500)

Overall Graeme turned up on the right day, did an excellent job, and didn't do things that didn't need to be done. He turned up beforehand to scope the job and offered good advice on best and cheapest ways to do things, and provided clear explanations. My wife and small kids were home when Graeme was working, and he was friendly and courteous to them. Communication was a bit hit and miss (due to a small oversight on his part) and didn't give us an ETA on the day until on his way, otherwise okay.
